HETHON VACUFEED - vacuum conveyors

The Hethon VacuFeed conveyors (vacuum conveyor) are specially designed to transfer dry products such as powders and granules. An electrical vacuum pump, mostly a side channel blower, provides the vacuum to the storage hopper and conveys the product to the machine. There it is unloaded.

The Hethon VacuFeed is a modular composed machine which allows a great variety in features and capacities. The picture at below at the left shows the smallest possible unit.

VacuFeed conveyors can be delivered with different kinds of product-outlet valves. The pictures below are showing the double acting flap valve and a butterfly valve. Above at the right a standard filter with automatic cleanser is shown.
